In the second week of the TCSOL/TESOL Dual Certificate Summer Program in Osaka hosted by Osaka Gakuin University in collaboration with the Center for International Foreign Language Teacher Education (CIFLTE) Teachers College, Columbia University, Dr. Lindharsen from Teachers College led the TESOL* portion of classes for ten students from all over the world.
*TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)

From July 21st to 25th, participants shifted their focus on to English Educational Linguistics with Dr. Lindhardsen exploring theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to become effective English language instructors.

• Pragmatics
• Tense and aspect
