Professor Koji Yamamoto of the department of business administration (the director of the department of business administration/ the graduate school of commerce) ave a lecture at the Science Cafe in the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center (NCVC). [February 1st, 2024]

In the lecture, professor Yamamoto talked about the strategic management in medical institutions breaking down into points such as strategic target, action lanning, financial planning, patients' needs and satisfaction rating, service quality, business process, and human resource development and suggested the methods of mplementing strategic management and business process reengineering.

The lecture was organized based on the cooperation agreement between NCVC and OGU. About 30 members of NCVC attended the lecture and had a discussion.

OGU will continue the cooperative relationship with NCVC and work together utilizing the mutual intellectual and human resources to contribute to the development f Kishibe, Suita city and Settsu regions and the enrichment of society to meet the SDGs.
